Repair & maintenance
The everyday work. If a gun is not running right, this is where we start.
Deep clean
Full teardown, solvent tank, detail clean of the fire control and gas system, relube and reassembly. Double barrel shotguns take longer and cost more.

Reliability work
Feed ramp polish, extractor tension, magazine and spring diagnosis. For guns that run, mostly.

Stuck cases & obstructions
Fired case, live round or bore obstruction removed without damaging the chamber or the rifling. Bring it in as it sits and do not fight it.

Cosmoline removal
For surplus rifles and pistols that have been packed away. Stripped, degreased and relubed so the gun works instead of gluing itself shut.

Red dot slide cuts
Milled to your optic footprint, with the rear sight buried or relocated and taller irons fitted if you want them. Send the optic and plate with the gun.

Muzzle threading
Threaded true to the bore for a brake, comp or can, with a matching thread protector if you want the profile to stay clean.

Cut & crown
Shortening a barrel to the length you want, with a fresh 11 degree target crown so accuracy does not suffer for it.

Chambering & rebarrel
Fitting and chambering a blank to your action, or installing a barrel that arrives already threaded, with correct headspace either way.

Drill & tap
Receivers drilled and tapped for bases, dovetails cut for sights, and rings lapped so the scope is not fighting the mount.

Vector artwork, lettering and laser stippling. We proof the layout with you before it gets burned in, because engraving is permanent.

Finishes
Coatings and traditional bluing, both done here. Refinishing is priced separately from whatever machine work made it necessary.
Cerakote
Solid colors, two tones and camo. The price covers full teardown, blast, spray, bake and reassembly, not just the paint.

Bluing
Matte, standard and polished hot blue. The polish grade drives the price. The deeper the shine, the more hand work sitting under it.

Slow rust bluing
The old process, done over weeks in the humidity cabinet. Right for prewar doubles and soft soldered barrels that hot salts would ruin.

Parkerizing
Manganese phosphate for military rifles and working guns. Durable, matte, and happy to hold oil.

Restoration
Metal repair, recut lettering, dent raising and refinish on old guns. Quoted at the bench rate once we see what we are dealing with.

Custom work gets quoted per job, because two jobs that sound identical on the phone rarely are. Send photos and tell us what you want the finished gun to do, whether that is carry, compete, hunt or hang on a wall. We build the estimate around that.
Ship it to us if you are not local. We are licensed to receive firearms by mail from any state and we will walk you through the packing before you send anything.
